AGROFood Industry Skills Council (AFISC) is a nationally recognized platform committed to developing a skilled and competent workforce for the country’s growing agrofood sector in Bangladesh. In partnership with industry leaders, government agencies, and training institutions, AFISC works to bridge the skills gap by setting occupational standards, promoting quality training, and facilitating certification.

Our mission is to strengthen Bangladesh’s agrofood industry by enhancing productivity, ensuring food safety, and supporting sustainable agricultural practices. Through skill development and capacity building, AFISC plays a vital role in contributing to national economic growth and food security.
